How to Troubleshoot?

The WordPress is a database driven website where each and everything is done on a database. Most of its fixes are usually done on the database and the .htaccess file. To resolve this issue you should make sure the server is having the following.  First of all, make sure you (or the WordPress install) have correctly set up the database name, database user name, database password, and database host. All the files and directories are having the 644 and 755 permission respectively, and you have to keep it always.

1) Access WHM and open PHPmyadmin.

k2

2) Select the database used by your domain.

3) Go to the table ‘wp_options’ and make sure you have set the following correctly.

1) The Site URL is setup correctly.

2) The WP admin URL is setup  correctly.

3) The home URL is setup correctly.

4) Go to the table ‘wp_users’ and check the username is available.

k3

5) Go to the table ‘wp_capabilities’ and add the value a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;s:1:”1″;}

k4

5) Set the ‘wp_user_level’ parameter to the value ’10’.

Now you will be able to access the wordpress Dashboard again.
